A family have paid tribute to a dad-of-two after his sudden death.
Nigel Cohen, of Hawkstone Close in Accrington, passed away on May 18, aged 59.
The former Hollins High School pupil was managing director of Altham Engineering, the family business.
His wife Margery, who also works for the company, said he died suddenly.
She added: “He started as an apprentice at Blythes and finished his apprenticeship at GEC and he also worked for Callender Engineering.
“He loved his work, he lived for it.
“It wasn’t a job to him, he enjoyed it so much.”
Margery said she met her husband, father of Christopher and Jordan, at the Cavendish club in Blackburn and that he was a very good family man.
She said: “We loved cruising and his favourite was when we went to Egypt.
“He loved books and documentaries about the pyramids, it was the holiday of a lifetime for him.”
Blackburn Coroners Office said Mr Cohen died of natural causes.
His funeral was due to take place on yesterday at 3pm at Accrington Crematorium.
