Two men have been charged following a large scale brawl in Great Harwood.
Police officers came across a group of more than 20 Asian men fighting on Princess Street at around 10pm on Wednesday, April 10.
Officers said weapons were used including a cricket bat which has now been recovered.
A man was taken to hospital with minor injuries and no other injuries were reported.
A Lancashire Police spokesperson said they do not know what caused the brawl and are investigating.
They are also seeking to speak to a number of men about the fight.
A 43-year-old and a 23-year-old have been charged with a section 4 public order offence by using words and behaviour to cause fear of unlawful violence.
Both men have been bailed to appear before Blackburn Magistrates Court on Friday, April 26.
Councillor Ian Robinson said the problem has been going on for a 'long time' and is looking to organise a meeting with residents and the police about the issue.
Police have increased patrols in the area and anyone with information is being urged to call Eastern CID on 101.
