Hyndburn residents will have the chance to quiz their county councillors when Cabinet Question Time comes to Oswaldtwistle.
People from across the region are invited to come and question leading politicians about issues they feel are important.
The event will be held on Thursday September 23 at 7.15pm at The Global Conference Centre on Watson Street.
Subjects up for discussion could include anything related to the county council from road repairs and recycling, to social care and local schools.
BBC North West Tonight's Dave Guest will be the man hosting the event and making sure county councillors deal with all the difficult questions.
County Councillor Geoff Driver, council leader, and fellow cabinet members Albert Atkinson, Mark Perks, Mike Calvert, and Tim Ashton will make up the panel.
Coun Driver, leader of Lancashire County Council, said: "Cabinet Question Time is a great opportunity for people to come along and find out more about issues related to the county council.
"There's no need to prepare a question and submit it in advance, you can come along and quiz the cabinet on the night.
"The county council provides more than 80 per cent of the local authority services people use everyday from children's centres and libraries, to schools and support for business so there will be plenty to talk about.
"The events are very informal and everyone is welcome to attend – so come along and have your say."
