A man has been arrested on suspicion of carrying an imitation firearm and supplying cannabis.
Police stopped a grey BMW on Perth Street in Accrington at around 3.15pm on Monday, June 7.
A 32-year-old man from Blackburn was arrested on suspicion of possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, possessing cannabis with intent to supply and obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty.
He has been bailed by police until July 19.
A 35-year-old man from Blackburn who was also arrested on suspicion of possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and possessing cannabis with intent to supply, has now been released without charge.
