Man suffers facial injuries after alleged headbutt at pub

A man has suffered facial injuries after being allegedly headbutted inside a pub.

Police said the incident happened at around 12.30am on Saturday, May 7 at The Walmesley Arms in Great Harwood.

A Lancashire Police spokeperson said a man was reportedly headbutted in the face which then led to a ‘bit of a scuffle’ until bar staff intervened.

Officers have released CCTV images of men they want to speak to regarding the incident.

Anyone with information or who recognises the men should call DC David Gill at Eastern CID on 101 quoting log number 521 of May 7.
