A man has been taken to hospital with smoke inhalation after a pan fire.
Two fire crews from Hyndburn were called to a house on Meadow Court in Oswaldtwistle following reports a pan had been left on a cooker hob and the food had caught fire generating smoke.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue said the fire was out when they arrived and a man was taken to hospital by ambulance suffering from the effects of inhaling smoke.
It happened at around 11pm on February 11.
