A man who exposed himself to teenage girls is being hunted by police.

A man is believed to have exposed himself in the Queens Road West area of Church before running off at around 9.30pm on Saturday, February 14.

DC Rachel Higson, of Blackburn CID, said: “The girls who witnessed this incident are quite understandably shaken and upset by this incident.

“We are treating it very seriously and are currently carrying out extensive house to house and CCTV enquiries to identify the man.

“I would urge anyone who has any information that could assist with our investigation to contact us.”

The man is described as white, between approximately 5ft 10in and 6ft tall, slim build and aged in his mid-twenties to early thirties. He was wearing dark tracksuit bottoms and a dark top and possibly a pair of round rimmed spectacles.
