An Oswaldtwistle entrepreneur has fulfilled her dream of setting up her own dog grooming business.
Stephanie Cowell opened the doors of her dog grooming salon Furr..Dressers on Union Road, after dreaming for years of owning her own salon.
The 25-year-old from Haworth Street in Oswaldtwistle said: “I’ve been in dog grooming since I left school, I’ve been doing it for about ten years. I’ve been wanting to start up my own business for a while so I decided to set up here.”
Stephanie has been working hard to promote her business using social media and leaflet drops.
She said: “I opened on March 30 and I’ve had a few dogs in since I opened up last week so that’s been good. I’ve put my business on Yell and on all the sale sights around Oswaldtwistle and set up a Facebook page, hopefully people will hear about it.”
