Students from The Hollins Technology College proved they know how to make an entrance at their end of year prom.
Around 140 students travelled to the glamorous event at Mytton Fold Hotel and Golf Club near Blackburn in a variety of unusual ways.
Pupils Emily Townsend, Charley Pye and Leticia Ward made a James Bond-style entrance, landing on the hotel’s golf course in a helicopter.
Meanwhile, Megan Jackson rode to the red carpet reception on her pony Jessie, led by Max Robinson.
Other modes of transport included sports cars and a huge blue American-style truck.
Along with staff, students enjoyed a night of dinner and dancing to celebrate the end of their GCSE studies.
On the night, speeches were made by Head Boy George Polvani and Head Girl Nicole Alderson.
