A woman has been sexually assaulted in Rishton.
Police said the woman, in her 20s, was approached at around 6pm on Saturday, February 7 by a man who touched her inappropriately.
The offender is described as a white man aged between 18 and 25, 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build and wearing a dark coloured jacket and dark trousers.
A Lancashire Police spokesperson believe the incident could be could be linked to a similar sexual assault in Rishton on Saturday, January 24 at around 3pm when a teenager was grabbed.
She challenged the offender who ran off down the road and onto Cliff Street.
The offender in this incident was described as white, thought to be around 16 years old, of slim build with short dirty blonde hair and wearing a black tracksuit jacket.
