A town centre bar and bistro restaurant has been broken into by burglars.

Police said unknown offenders smashed the front window of Lilymae’s on King Street in Accrington at around 6am on Friday, February 26.

They stole various bottles of alcohol, two hand-held business phones and a quantity of cash.

Lilymae’s declined to comment when contacted by the Observer.

Call police on 101 quoting crime reference number ED1602793.
