Aldershot visit Reds on first day

FOOTBALL League newcomers Aldershot Town will be Accrington Stanley's first opponents of the 2008/9 season.

FOOTBALL League newcomers Aldershot Town will be Accrington Stanley's first opponents of the 2008/9 season.

They will visit the Fraser Eagle Stadium on Saturday 9 August, while the following Saturday will take the Reds' to their first away day at Port Vale.

There will be a trip to Chester City on Boxing Day, while the final day sees Stanley at Gigg Lane to play Bury on 2 May.
