THERE will be no looking back for Fraser Eagle after they signed a two-year deal to have their names on the rear of Accrington Stanley shirts.

The deal is worth a five-figure sum and will involve Fraser Eagle providing transport for the first team, which is a great help to the club considering the number of trips the Reds have to make down south in the Nationwide Conference.

Chairman Eric Whalley said: "This is a superb deal for Accrington Stanley. Travel costs have become a big part of our expenditure over the season, and we are delighted that Fraser Eagle have offered to support us in this way."

Kevin Dean, Group Managing Director of Fraser Eagle, commented: "Fraser Eagle are keen to get involved with the community and promote our business locally and this sponsorship deal provides us with the ideal opportunity to do just that."

Fraser Eagle have also agreed to support the club's new education scheme, which will provide talented footballers aged between 16 to 19 the opportunity to gain a recognised academic qualification while at the club.

The chairman continued: "I am sure that the football club will reap the rewards in the not too distant future."

The firm will also stock Accrington Stanley merchandise in their World Choice travel agent premises on Blackburn Road.
