ACCRINGTON Stanley have re-signed their former striker Lee McEvilly on a year long deal.
The 25-year-old was with the Reds in 2004 for a season and forged a strong partnership with strike partner Paul Mullin but left to join League Two side Wrexham for an undisclosed fee in 2005.
He had an injury-plagued spell with the Dragons and has been released from his contract by mutual consent.
The Liverpudlian signed for the Reds on Monday.
"We are delighted to have him back and he will be a good asset," said boss John Coleman.
"It is nice to be back and I think I have unfinished business here." said McEvilly.
