ACCRINGTON Stanley fans are hoping to paint the town red - and white - for the next two weeks.
The Ultras fans group have launched a "Red and White Fortnight" starting tomorrow (Sat) where they hope to get businesses and people to deck the town centre out in those colours in support of the League Two club.
There will be fans in the town tomorrow promoting the event and hope others will follow suit to show their support for the Conference champions.
"We would like to see the entire town decked out in red and white, with flags, banners bunting, scarves and balloons," said fan Rob Russell.
"We hope businesses will join in as the Stanley Ultras would like to try to push the club onwards from its current position by vitrue of recruiting the whole town behind the Reds."
