IT'S the re-match on Saturday when Great Harwood travel to NWCL Division Two title winners Colne. The two sides met on Monday at the Showground and battled out a goalless draw.

"It is the first time this season that Colne haven't scored in a game," said Harwood boss John Hughes. "It was a typical derby though - a battle. Both sides had chances but our keeper Bobby Harris pulled off some superb saves."

Paul Mashiter and James Coonan also tested Holt House keeper Ross Baxter but neither side could find the breakthrough.

Hughes will hope for more tomorrow and may change his side around including Kendal players Peter Smith and Russell McKenna. Then, in the final game of the season, Harwood travel to Norton United on Wednesday night.

"It is our final game and it will be good to get two wins to finish the season off. We can finish in the top six and that is the aim now."

With the league restructuring, Harwood could still seal a place in Division One next season although they may have to wait until June to find out.
