RISHTON pro James Franklin was due to play in the Third Test for New Zealand against England at Trent Bridge which started yesterday.

"We are pleased for him," said Rishton chairman Rod Simpson. "It gives us a headache but he wants to play Test cricket and he has got a chance."

Ian Austin will sub pro for their Sunday derby with Accrington.
