GREAT HARWOOD Town are in the awards and in the points.
Striker John Eastham won the Mitre November Division Two Player of the Month for scoring three goals and creating numerous chances in November.
And goalie Bobby Harris was rewarded with the Sameday Safe Hands Award for last month as Harwood have conceded just two goals in November and went through the month unbeaten.
And they kept their fine displays going as the Robins ran out 2-0 winners over Oldham Town in Saturday to move towards the mid-table.
Eastham scored the second goal to take his tally to five goals for the season and Harris kept another clean sheet.
"We played well again," said chairman Bill Holden. "We are just hoping we can build on it. All the results went for us on Saturday with the teams below us drawing or losing but we have just to keep going."
It wasn't the best of conditions as the pitch was muddy but they got a 30th minute penalty when Yakub Khan was felled in the area.
Midfielder Darren Rodgers converted the spot kick for his sixth goal of the campaign.
And Eastham fired home number two on 74 minutes to make it five wins out of six games for his resurgent side.
They have a free Saturday tomorrow but have a home game against Chadderton at the Interlink Express Stadium on Monday (KO 7.45pm)
