A ROBINS Revival Fund has been set up by John Fenton as he hopes to raise some money towards helping Great Harwood Town FC re-enter the North West Counties League in 12 months time.

The homelss club was forced to quit the league two weeks ago because of their lack of a ground but the Robins Revival Fund has been set up with the hope of resurrecting the club.

John will continue to sell programmes and souvenirs and has three programmes in particular to sell, the Harwood v FC United (68 pages), the final league game v Eccleshall, and the season's review issue (available in August).

"The programme is more than a match for any club at this level and better than many from higher leagues," said John, with the programme winning several awards over the last few years.

"The review programme is a must for anyone who purchased the programme last season as it will contain the final part of the Bryan Douglas story. I hope the club is not dead - just in a coma."

The programmes for GHTFC are £1 each with free delivery to Blackburn, Rishton and Great Harwood. 50p p&p to elsewhere.

Anyone who wants a programme e-mail jfenton999@aol.com or send a cheque or postal order payable to J Fenton to 3 Martinique Drive, Lower Darwen BB3 0SA.

The running total of the Robins Revival Fund will be updated on the Great Harwood Town website via www.nwcfl.co.uk .
