A GREAT Harwood Town fan has set up a web-site to keep the club's memory alive.

North West Counties League side Harwood went out of business in 2006 after problems with their ground after a fire at the nightclub Monroes next door also destroyed part of the club house.

But former programme editor John Fenton, along with neighbour Wayne Gudgeon, have set up a web-site to try and keep the club in the public eye.

On www.greatharwoodtown.co.uk provides a detailed history of the club as well as a list of top players who have played at the Showground including Blackburn Rovers' rising star Matt Derbyshire, Accrington Stanley midfielder Andy Procter and former England man Bryan Douglas.

The web-site has a list of where former players now are as well as match reports from various games.

There are also still Harwood souvenirs for sale such as scarves and shirts with all the proceeds going towards the Robins Revival Fund.
