Peel Park in need of players

PEEL Park FC, who play on Stanley's old league ground, are on the look-out for new players particularly a goalkeeper. The 1st XI play in the East Lancs League while the 2nd XI play in Division Two of the Accrington Combination.

PEEL Park FC, who play on Stanley's old league ground, are on the look-out for new players particularly a goalkeeper. The 1st XI play in the East Lancs League while the 2nd XI play in Division Two of the Accrington Combination.

Training sessions are at Peel Park at 7.30pm on Wednesday nights and anyone interested can just turn up.

Meanwhile, the club is also holding it's annual Sportsman's Dinner on Friday 1 October 2004 at Enfield Cricket Club. Main speaker is Dave "Harry" Bassett and comedian is Sean Styles. Peel Park are looking for sponsors on the evening and if anyone can help or wants to attend please call 07879 67282.

HUNCOAT United also need players for their Under 9s and Under 10s team this season. Contact 01254 387422 for further information.
