ENFIELD halted a run of four straight defeats with victory over Todmorden on Sunday in the Musbury Fabrics Lancashire League.
And it was paid man Alviro Petersen who came up with the goods with an unbeaten 63 in their six wicket victory.
He put on a stand of 92 with skipper Mas Ahmed (52) in their 144-5 and Petersen has now got 858 league runs for the season.

Church came out on top in their local battle with Accrington who had threatened to upset the Blackburn Roaders title hopes.

Church made 179-9 with Accrington pro Tama Canning taking 5-55 -including the wicket of his friend Mark Aspin (21).
Canning then top scored with 30 but it was Church's bowler Nick Westwell who ripped through the Accrington order with 7-42 beating his previous best of 9-83 against Lowerhouse in 1985. Accrington fell 69 runs short.
And Rishton slipped to a 110-run loss against East Lancs. The visitors made 240-6 with Paul Turner making 103 not out.
Only Rishton sub pro Tushar Arothe performed with the bat with 56.
