EAST LANCS Predators still top the UK Mixed Martial Arts League after the second round of contests.

The Accrington group went to the ‘caged steel’ club in Yorkshire with some of the Predators making their MMA debuts.

The fighters were Mark Ryder, Phil West, Dave Toole, Danny Cooper, Ian James, Gary Derbyshire, Chris Dixon, Brendan Walker, Ian Longson, Rick Belcher, Lee Blackledge and Mohsan Khaliq.

In Yorkshire, there were more than 50 fights of a high standard and East Lancs Predators came away with seven wins to maintain their lead at the top of the UK MMA table. Chris Dixon and Brendan Walker are also both leading their weight classes. Round three is yet to be confirmed as they looked to strengthen their grip at the top.

The Predators have been getting help from the best with Ultimate Cage Fighter Michael Bisping and Brian Talbot coming to the gym to train and pass on tips.
