Sharp suites and gorgeous gowns were the name of the game as Mount Carmel High School pupil’s celebrated their end-of-year prom.
Around 80 year 11 Accrington pupils got themselves all glammed up for the special and memorable occasion at Mytton Fold Hotel and Golf Club.
Robert Gabryszak and April Taylor and were voted Prom King and Prom Queen by their fellow students.
Sue Fielding, partnership manager at the school, said: “Head Boy Michael Threlfall and Head Girl Sophie Guest made a speech thanking everyone for their attendance and reflecting on their year as Head Prefects.
“A review of the year group’s time at Mount Carmel was shown including video clips of staff passing on goodwill messages and fun awards nominated by staff were presented to students.
“It was a lovely Summer’s evening and was enjoyed by all who attended.”
