Rebecca Anderson, 20, of Beech Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without a licence and using a car without insurance. She was fined £80.
Jahangir Iqbal, 38, of Birtwistle Street, Oswaldtwistle, was found guilty of using a car without insurance. He was fined £435, ordered to pay £100 costs and given six points on his driving licence.
Paul Ryder, 54, of Sultan Street, Accrington, was found guilty to failing to notify a change in circumstances affecting his entitlement to housing benefit and employment support allowance. He was given an eight-week community order with a curfew requirement and ordered to pay £200 costs.
Michael James Harries, 35, of Prees Heath, Whitchurch, pleaded guilty to criminal damage in Accrington, assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty and failing to surrender into custody having been released on bail. He was given a 12-month community order with a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement, 150 hours’ unpaid work and ordered to pay £175 compensation and £40 costs.
Tina Baxter, 51, of Queensway, Church, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
Rosemary Birtwistle, 53, of Garden Street, Oswaldtwistle, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
Samantha Campbell, 27, of Albert Street, Church, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
Martin Carefoot, 31, of Devonshire Drive, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to using a television without a licence. He was fined £40.
Samantha Clark, 23, of Edward Street, Rishton, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
Kayleigh Lynne Connell, 26, of St Albans Road, Rishton, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £90 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
Kelly Corbett, 30, of Exchange Street, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Shaun Martin, 34, of Avenue Parade, Accrington, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £90 and ordered to pay £160 costs.
Joanne Mayor, 42, of Oak Avenue, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Daniel Thomas Pedigrew, 32, of Station Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was given a new four-month community order with a curfew requirement.
Saad Akhtar Hussain, 37, of Lynton Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £80 and given three points on his driving licence.
