PUPILS and staff at an Accrington school are seeing double - three times over!
For the reception class at Benjamin Hargreaves Primary has three sets of identical twins - leading to lots of confusion.
Class teacher Mary Irving said: "We have had difficulty telling them apart in the past and some of the staff still have trouble.
"Sometimes they mischievously swap over and pretend to be each other. If they're wearing labels, they'll even swap them too, which makes it difficult for us. But it makes for a very lively class and their friends have a lot of fun with them."
The twins are Mason and Lewis Wallace, five, Abbie and Chelsea Braithwaite, four, and Nathan and Daniel Gillett, five, all from the Accrington area.
