With two games remaining and their destiny in their own hands, Stanley boss John Coleman insists that his side must give it their all.

Accrington head to Wycombe on Saturday knowing a win could see them promoted and Coleman said that his players will give it their best shot.

“We have just got to give it our best shot, we’re in the situation where we can determine our own future,” Coleman

said.

“It would be nice for people to do us a favour but we have got to do it ourselves. I am expecting two tricky games.”

Coleman was quick to play down claims that his team were in the box seat for promotion, despite being in second place.

“We’ve just got to get our heads down, try to play the way I know we can, and hopefully get what I think is our just rewards.

“We have just got to dig in as it’s going to be a really tight game at Wycombe on Saturday and we have just got to give it our all and see where it takes us.”
